Dr. Shaimaa Shihab

Dr. Shaimaa Shihab is a seasoned healthcare professional with nearly two decades of experience in public health, research, epidemiology, oral health promotion, and strategic project management. With a proven track record of leading innovative, data-driven initiatives, Dr. [Last Name] has advanced oral health policy and practice in Dubai and contributed to global oral health strategies through collaborations with the World Health Organization (WHO), the FDI World Dental Federation, and other international partners.

Currently serving at the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dr. [Last Name] has spearheaded numerous landmark initiatives, including the development of Dubai’s first school oral health curriculum, training programs for nurses and hygienists, community oral health policies, and pioneering mobile dental van services for people with disabilities. As a member of the Oral Health Strategy Steering Committee (2016–2022), Dr. [Last Name] helped design and implement long-term strategies through benchmarking, research collaborations, and evidence-based media campaigns.
