Dr. Priyanka Gudsoorkar, BDS, MBA, MPH, is a global health professional and Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati, where she directs the Global Health Concentration for the BSPH program. With over a decade of interdisciplinary experience across India, Canada, the USA, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, and Ecuador, she specializes in oral health equity, disease prevention, and addressing social determinants of health in resource-limited settings. She serves as Mentoring Chair of the Oral Health Section of the American Public Health Association (APHA) and Co-chair of the Oral Health Interest Group at AcademyHealth (AH). As co-founder of the Solidarity Dental Foundation, she advances healthcare access through innovative financing models. Dr. Gudsoorkar has secured significant grants to support initiatives such as mobile dental care in underserved populations and global health brigades in Tanzania. A dedicated educator and researcher, she has developed transformative curricula, mentored students, and championed youth leadership in global health advocacy, embodying a commitment to sustainable health improvements and international collaboration.
